1. Is the canopy zip line tour safe for kids and beginners?
Yes! Our zipline course is designed for all experience levels and includes a full safety briefing. Kids typically must be at least 6 years old, and minors must ride with a guide if needed.
2. How long is the tour?
The total experience lasts around 2 hours, not including transportation. We suggest planning 3–4 hours total with hotel pickup and drop-off.
3. What animals will we see at the biological park?
You'll see tropical butterflies, iguanas, snakes, frogs, and potentially monkeys and toucans during your nature walk.
4. What should I wear for ziplining?
Wear closed-toe shoes, light, breathable clothing, and bring insect repellent and a water bottle. Cameras are welcome but must be secured.
5. What is the weight limit for ziplining?
For safety reasons, the maximum weight limit is 280 pounds (127 kg). This ensures proper function of the harnesses and zipline equipment.
6. What should I wear for ziplining?
Wear closed-toe shoes, comfortable, breathable clothes, and bring insect repellent, water, and a secure camera. Avoid loose accessories or dangling items during the zipline portion.
