1. Is rafting on the Naranjo River safe?
Yes! While the rapids are challenging, our certified guides provide full instruction and use top-tier safety equipment. It's safe for healthy participants over 12 years old.

2. Do I need rafting experience for this tour?
No prior experience is required, but the tour is best suited for those with moderate fitness and a taste for adventure.

 

3. When is the best time to raft the Naranjo River?
The river is best from May through November, during the rainy season when the rapids are more intense and thrilling.

 

4. How long is the rafting portion of the tour?
You’ll spend around 1.5 to 2 hours on the river, with an additional hour for transport, briefing, and snacks.

5. Can I bring a camera or phone?
Phones aren’t recommended during rafting unless waterproof and secured. GoPros are great if mounted safely.

6. Where does the tour start and end?
We provide door-to-door transportation from most hotels in Quepos and Manuel Antonio. The start and finish points are conveniently located near the Naranjo River.
